After School Lacrosse
We’re excited to bring lacrosse directly to schools this fall! In partnership with Spreckles Elementary, Lacrosse the Bay will be running fun, engaging after-school programs throughout the months of November and December.
What to Expect
No equipment needed – we provide sticks and tennis balls for every participant.
Skill-building drills – players learn the fundamentals of passing, catching, cradling, and shooting.
Game play – each session wraps up with scrimmages, so kids get real game experience in a supportive environment.
All levels welcome – whether your child is brand new to the sport or already has some experience, our coaches create an inclusive, fun atmosphere for everyone.
Schedule
Spreckles Elementary → Thursdays, 2:45 – 4:15 PM
Why Join?
Our goal is to keep kids moving, introduce them to the fastest-growing sport in the country, and support families with a safe, structured program.
Lacrosse the Bay’s after-school programs introduce Grades 2–8 to the fastest game on two feet in a welcoming, high-energy setting. Each session blends age-appropriate skill work (passing, catching, ground balls, shooting) with small-sided games that keep every player active and improving.
